These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Base64Deco website and its conversion tools (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Base64Deco provides free, browser-based Base64 encoding and decoding — a UTF-8 bridge for Chinese and emoji, smart input detection, URL-safe output, and an Image Workshop that converts images to data URLs through Canvas. All processing happens in your browser.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the hosting infrastructure.
• You remain responsible for the content you choose to convert, including any data you own or control.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Conversion results, byte counts and image re-encodings are informational — verify critical payloads against your target environment before relying on them in production.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Base64Deco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss, misconverted payloads, or business decisions based on tool output.

Intellectual Property

The website design, branding and original content are the property of Base64Deco. Your inputs remain entirely yours — we never see them.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
